Davis, Illinois 7th District, and other public officials and friends invite everyone to celebrate Chicago’s historic legacy of blues and soul music by supporting the Chicago independent movie The Rhythm and the Blues. The fundraiser April 3rd will help producers finish the film, which is two thirds complete and stars the actor Leon as the frustrated blues guitarist Eddie Taylor and Guy Davis as his road partner, the famed Jimmy Reed.
